1. Evaluate your current overall health condition by measuring your inner balance.
The Inner Balance Scan offers you long term health insights. After several 5 minute recordings you will obtain insights into your steady state health condition from the reports and progress information. Once this has been established it is important to monitor yourself weekly or monthly for changes in your steady state. Tracking these shifts will show you when your condition is robust and healthy as compared to depleted and fatigued. If low readings or major downward shift in your readings occur it is recommend that you see your physician.
2. Discover how your environment and lifestyle affect your health.
The Inner Balance Scan will reflect your lifestyle and how your external environment or life style influences your autonomic balance or wellness. You will be surprised how different and intuitive your Inner Balance readings will be. See the intuitive changes in your Inner Balance condition. Monitor if you did not get enough sleep or had an alteration in your environment or lifestyle. Long term alterations in lifestyle that wear and tear the Inner Balance condition down is not recommended.
Perform two 5-minute pre/post tests to understand how any environmental factor (like pets, music, taking medicine, chiropractor session, computer game, any exercise etc.) influence your health and to see effectiveness of any health improving procedure.
3. Reveal subtle health issues.
It is essential to your wellness to continue long term readings with your Inner Balance Scan. It is important to establish a baseline and have several readings logged into your progress assessments. Month and years of information is helpful. If you see a continuous decrease in the readings from previous months our years it may be important to obtain a physical from your physician. This may reflect subtle health issues.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of physical training.
If you are a well trained athlete you may generally find your autonomic balance dot in the upper right hand corner of the middle square. This position reflects a sympathetically activated state or condition for peak performance purposes. If the dot is lower it may reflect a condition of overtraining and fatigue. With continued monitoring you will be able to fine tune your training with your Inner Balance readings.
5. Choose the right health improvement procedures.
Is your wellness program, vitamin regime, diet or conditioning causing a long term affect on your condition? Monitor your Inner Balance and continue to track you’re health changes and programs that move you toward Inner Balance and Health. If you see progress and maintain Inner Balance in the positive direction continue the healthy program and lifestyle change.
The world around us seems to be completely observed and investigated. But in reality a lot of things are still have to be revealed. Our daily life is surrounded by numerous positive and negative factors, and human body comes to be a reflector of changes around us.
The human body is a complex self-regulating system that constantly responds to the external changes in the surrounding world. The body continuously tries to adjust its internal functions for the most efficient performance. When a state of balance is achieved, all internal regulatory mechanisms operate in so-called inner balance. Maintaining this inner balance with ease in the face of the changing conditions of our external and internal environment is a sign of health. Inner balance is the key to longevity and is a healthy response to the stress of life.
The inner balance and strength of regulatory system can be affected by various positive and negative factors, such as:
- Various health conditions
- Intense emotions
- Acute and chronic stress and fatigue
- Toxins
- Diet and exercise
- Medications
- Therapies
- Vitamins and supplements
- Yoga and meditation
- Stress reduction techniques
- And many more
How is the inner balance measured?
Most of the body's functions are controlled by the autonomic nervous system through its calming and stimulating branches acting like the brakes and accelerator for an automobile. It is essential to have both in order to run the vehicle appropriately, safely and efficiently. If too much gas is used, this overcharges the vehicle. Apply too much brakes and the system is sluggish. This analogy works in a simplified manner to express how the autonomic nervous system functions in the body.
By measuring the heart's rhythmic patterns (also called Heart Rate Variability, or HRV) the Inner Balance Scan can assess your body’s inner balance and ability for self-regulation very accurately.
A 5-minute recording of the pulse wave with a simple ear-clip pulse wave sensor is all that is needed to quickly receive an accurate assessment of your inner balance.
The system evaluates whether you are in balance and provides insights into the strength of all self-regulatory mechanisms.
Measurements can be taken before and after any procedure to evaluate the shifts in your inner balance. So you can see if a desired effect on your body is achieved and your Inner Balance is improved.
