The Resilience Audio Program includes 260 minutes of audio material on 4 CDs, along with a guidebook, health cues and a temperature biofeedback monitor to help you learn to use biofeedback for deep relaxation.

Stephen Sideroff, Ph.D. is an internationally recognized expert in approaches to stress and optimal performance. He is Clinical Director of Moonview Sanctuary and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at UCLA’s School of Medicine.
